1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

  • For cancellations, email us at [kanvasirimango123@gmail.com] with your order number.

Refunds:

  • Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following cases:

    • Damaged or spoiled mangoes upon delivery (report within 1 hour with photos).

    • Incorrect item delivered.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered for future purchases.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Disliking the taste or natural variations in ripeness/color.

  • Failure to inspect the package upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.
